Payment is due at the end of each session. A credit card is kept securely on file through the booking system and may be charged after your appointment, unless another payment arrangement has been made in advance.

Receipts are provided after payment and can be submitted to your extended health benefits provider if your plan includes coverage for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. If your insurance provider is eligible for direct billing, I can submit the claim on your behalf. Any portion of the session fee not covered by your plan will be charged to the card on file.

Insurance & Direct Billing

Many insurance companies cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor.  If you aren't sure, contact your insurer to double check.

If your insurance company/program is listed below, I can bill them directly.  Please provide you insurance information when booking and I'll handle it from there.  Any portion of the session not covered by your plan will be billed to the credit card on file.​​

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. This policy helps protect the time set aside for your care, while also allowing the appointment to be offered to someone else when enough notice is given.

I understand that unexpected illness, emergencies, and life circumstances happen. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as you can.
